REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
VINI.BOUTIQUE items can be returned within 15 days of delivery and exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging along with any promotional gifts.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
- Shoes must be returned with their original package. Please package inside another box or poly-mailer as the original packaging must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
- Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
- All returns & exchanges are subject to an $12.95 USD processing fee.
- International returns & exchanges are also responsible for any postage fees.
- Products tagged with "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
CANCELATIONS
We are unable to cancel, make modifications or change your shipping address after your checkout is completed. Be sure to verify your selections and information before you complete your order, thank you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
A package is considered lost or stolen if not received within 90 days of shipping date. VINI.BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, at our discretion we may provide a replacement after the designated timeframe.
REFUND PROCESSING
VINI.BOUTIQUE inspects all returns and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received .
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. Shipping is not refundable. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
